Uhhh

I'm bored out of my mind so I guess I'll do a little update. Nothing really exciting has happened since my last update. I haven't shot a photo since Derrick's Switch Front Crook, for some reason I haven't be wanted to go out in shoot. Probably because its to hot and I don't have any money for gas because its all being saved for Cali and Washington. Anyways uhh last weekend Stevie, Zac and Chris came to town for fathers day so I skated and hung out with Zac and Stevie pretty much the whole time they were here. Other than that I've just been going to Pecos and working. I'm just trying to past time until I go to Cali and Washington for 18 days.

AZ summer part 2

So this summer has been kinda different than most. I only really spend 2-3 weeks in AZ at a time before I go out of state again. Like two weeks from tomorrow I'll be heading back out to Cali with a few friends, then I'll be back in AZ for one day, then I'll be flying out to Washington for 9 days before I'm back in AZ for about 2 weeks, then I leave for Cali for one last time before school starts up again.

Anyways here is a little quick update of what's been going on. My braces are coming off pretty soon I found out. I got another opportunity to go to ASR in September again. And my mom is moving, again, 2nd time in six months. I've been home for about a week and I haven't really been doing much. Expect skating a little and trying to work but the website has been up and down for the past couple days. I'm trying to save up money for Cali so I haven't really been trying to drive or go out really to save some cash. Here are a few photos for your enjoyment. Oh and On demand movies have become my new bff.

Cali summer trip #1 part 2

Alright so on the 4th day (Friday) of our Cali trip I went to LA/Hollywood with Zac because he had two auditions for commercials that involved skating. So we pretty much did that all day then headed back to Glendora and just chilled until everyone got back. After everyone got back Dillon, Zac, Chris, Tasia, and I went to the movies and I saw some drunk chick fall down the stairs during the movie, definitely made the 11 dollars that I paid worth it.
Saturday Zac and Chris had a Demo with The Uprising at Huntington Pier and it was pretty much an all day thing. So all us from hung out in HB all day. The demo was apart of this thing called Beach Fest, it was pretty cool. Phil Whickham played and I was stoked because I didn't get to see him when he came to PHX. After everything was over Zac and I met up with the Short Brothers at Costa Mesa and shot some photos. Then headed back to Glendora and called it a night.
Sunday was our last day in Cali before we went back to AZ. In the morning we went to Newport Church in Newport, it was pretty sweet. Its a church that is branched from Hillsong church in Aussie Land. After words we went back to Glendora, then went to this bowl type thing thats on top of a hill in Riverside, it was pretty sick. We went back to Glendora after ate dinner then went a searched for more spots. Zac and I saw this nice 8 rail from the side of the road and it turned out to be a school that had a bunch of good things to skate. Then we skated that ledge spot at the High School that I mentioned in part 1. After that it was around 11 and Stephen, Matt and I were heading back to the house when we decided to go all the way to Newport and go to Dough Boys and it was totally worth it haha. After we went back and went to bed.
Monday Nick, Matt and I left for AZ around 7:30 and got home at like 12. I already miss Cali. haha. Going back soon tho.

Anyways, it was a good trip. Very fun. And I don't like AZ but I'll be updating this about once a week with pictures and stuff from Summer 09.

Summer Cali trip #1 part 1

Alright so last Tuesday, Matt, Nick, Stevie, and I drove out to Cali to hang out for about a week. We ended up taking two cars since Stevie was staying there for good on this trip. The first day was pretty fun, went skating with Eggy, Bwall, Zac, Chris, Dillion and a few others. Then went and hung out at my friend Tyler's house where we were staying for the first few nights.
The second day was kinda boring, it rained for most of the day in the OC area so everyone who was in Glendora decided they wanted to stay expect Stevie who came down and chilled with us. We pretty much just spent the whole day hanging out until later that night Nick, Matt, and I headed up to Glendora and went spot searching, we went to some pretty sick spots and then went back and chilled at the house they we're staying at. Then Me, Matt, Nick and Zac went and skated this one spot at a High School in Glendora, it was like a bank to a ledge crub thing, like you could ollie on the bank then do something on the ledge, or do stuff of the ledge into the bank or doing something on the ledge and pop over in the bank. There was also a bank with no ledge you could do stuff on to. It was pretty fun. After that we went back to Tyler's house and hung out, played Skate on his xbox haha.
The third day was awesome. Stevie, Zac, Nick, Matt and I drove down to San Diego to skate some spots and skate with our friend Sergio who was also in Cali for the summer. We went to a couple spots, like the Del Mar bank to ledge spot that is right next to the train tracks and beach, then we went to Clairmont high 4 block and some other high school in Del Mar that had some cool spots but we didn't really skate we were just looking, but I managed to die by falling because I bombed a hill and went to fast but it was fun. I also go a nice heel bruise because I jumped off a 4 foot high fence on to a rock, sick haha. Zac did a lot of work that day to. After we got back we dropped off Zac and Stevie and headed back to Tyler's house and chilled then went to bed.
There's the first three days of our trip. I'll make part 2 when I get back home tonight.

Summer 09 part 1

So I've been out of school for about three weeks now, and I've been pretty busy with work, skating, and shooting for the UBF photo deadline. And I just got back this morning from a pretty event full Cali trip but that definitely deserves its own blog.

Anyways, I've been doing of photo work with UBF lately, met most of they're team and became good friends with the owners and the riders. I've been with a lot of the guys 90% of the time since school got out. I've shot a lot of photos but I can only post some since a lot of them are being used for mags and UBF ad's.







I'm making my Cali blog right after I post this for look out for that.
